When Sake2Me opened its doors in Tustin, California, we started with a simple yet powerful vision — to bring authentic Japanese cuisine to our local community.

Through our All-You-Can-Eat concept, guests were able to enjoy fresh seafood, carefully selected ingredients, and a wide variety of sake and Japanese beer — experiencing more than just a meal.

In the early 2010s, as sushi culture rapidly expanded across Southern California, Sake2Me Tustin established itself as one of the area’s leading value-driven sushi destinations.

It became a place where families, friends, couples, and colleagues gathered — sharing laughter, conversation, and memorable moments.
And alongside our community, we continued to grow.

Then in 2019, we faced another turning point.

As consumer trends shifted following the pandemic, we transitioned from the traditional AYCE model to an à la carte format.

This evolution allowed us to introduce takeout services, digital ordering systems, and more flexible promotional strategies.

Built around a strong value positioning — highlighted by our signature 50% off offerings — we created an operating model that delivers both exceptional quality and affordability in a new era of dining.
